Endive salad w/walnuts, apples and blue cheese
Chicken stuffed with Goat cheese, fresh basil and chives served in a mushroom Marsala sauce
· Served with Lebanese rice – rice and noodles cooked in butter sauce or rice pilaf w/celery and onion
· Asparagus bundles wrapped in prosciutto
Butterscotch torte – Flourless cake and made with pecans and graham crackers iced w/whipped cream and butterscotch sauce
